In 2005, the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Medical College of Wisconsin joined forces to plan and implement the National Children's Study in Waukesha County. This collaboration formed the Wisconsin Study Center. The Study Center manages the day-to-day operations, data collection, and community outreach and engagement for the Waukesha County Vanguard Center.
We have been working closely with our local research partners and Community Advisory Board to prepare for the recruitment and data collection phases of the Study.
