Utah Department of Health, Director of Community Health Nursing
Teresa Garrett has been a registered nurse for over 25 years. She holds an M.S. in Nursing Administration and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Utah (1992). Currently, she is the division director for Epidemiology and Laboratory Services and the State Director of Public Health Nursing with the Utah Department of Health. Teresa was recently named a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Executive Nurse Fellow. She is also an adjunct clinical faculty member of the University of Utah, College of Nursing.
