Welcome to the Sacramento County Study Location

The National Children's Study aims to change the course of children’s health.

Families from diverse backgrounds throughout the Sacramento area are being invited to join the National Children’s Study (NCS). This study will involve more than 100,000 children and families across the United States.

Together we’ll work to understand why some children develop conditions such as asthma, diabetes, obesity, autism, and ADHD. We’ll also learn how to better help children become healthy adults.

If you’re between ages 18 and 49 and pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, please call us toll free at 866-270-2289 to learn more about joining us. You can also talk to your prenatal care provider, email us at ncc-ncs@phs.ucdavis.edu or explore our website for more information.

If you’d like to learn more about the study and how to support it, please contact us as well at 866-270-2289 or ncc-ncs@phs.ucdavis.edu.
