Helen Marshall, Queens Borough President is excited to highlight the National Children's Study and its significance in Queens, during her annual State of the Borough address. The Address, which will be held on January 13th, 2009, will spotlight issues important to Queens residents, including the start of recruitment efforts for the largest children's environmental health study ever conducted in the United States.
